Filming delicious Medieval Easter dishes being prepared at Blackfriars Restaurant has been a highlight of lockdown. It has been almost impossible to get out and film my usual assortment of artists, academics and musicians. So the food cookery I have been documenting with Durham University and Blackfriars Restaurant has introduced a new way of working and observing the creative process.
