Felton Park Greenhouse is a Grade II* greenhouse and potting shed
The Greenhouse is set within the 1774 stove-walled garden at Felton Park, was built in about 1830.
It is one of the earliest surviving buildings to use slender, curved wrought iron glazing bars and fish scale glass; at the time a highly innovative technique. One of only 2 or 3 comparable structures in the UK, the design follows closely the recommendations of John Claudius Loudon, the great garden designer and “hothouse” expert.
